The location is central. It keeps a distance from the busy shopping complex (a big plus!). The Italian restaurant is my favourite. I recommend the pizzas. The oven IS right in front of you.
The hot water took nearly 20 minutes before it turned warm. This is not ideal when you are on a business schedule.

the water park provided safe activities for children. my son enjoyed the slides , and he remained entertained for hours. easy beach access allowed us to enjoy the scenery. the beach area was clean and well kept.
the bed wasn't very comfortable , and the pillows felt too soft for me. i found communication a bit challenging at times , because english proficiency among the staff varied.

the grand beautiful ocean view room was spacious it had a separate seating area the bathroom included two separate sinks i appreciated the high floor location it offered unobstructed views. the hotel had multiple swimming pools including one with water slides it provided ample space for families. breakfast had a wide selection i liked the fresh fruit station and the omelet bar.
the gym equipment showed some signs of wear.
